Once we have received these, a member of our team will contact you to schedule an appointment and to provide you with a list of documents to send to us in advance of the consultation.
Prior to your consultation, we aim to gather sufficient information from you to give you unbiased and authentic advice. We will conduct research and analysis and arrive at an opinion, solution or set of options for you. At your consultation, we will communicate these to you, and you will have the opportunity to ask questions, and seek clarifications.
At the end of the consultation, you will have the necessary information and tools to make an informed decision as to how to accomplish your goals and the next steps to pursue.
Following the initial consultation, you may decide that you wish to retain us to provide you with further advice and representation. You should contact us to request an engagement letter. This letter will state our scope of work, fee, anticipated expenses and billing method including the initial fee required to commence work. A signed engagement letter and proof of payment of our initial fee is required in order for us to generate a file number, open a case file and to commence work on your application.
